1. Refunds
EU orders: Refund period of 14 days upon receiving the shipment. The buyer has to cover the cost of shipping the item back. If the item has already been shipped out, the shipping cost can no longer be refunded.
Other: Refunds are only accepted if:
- The item did not arrive
- Is in unusable/unpresentable state
- Something I have cause
I cannot control anything past shipping stage except try to contact the shipping service for you for information. Please do not message me for minor defects. Please expect possible minor flaws such as slight differences in colors as it's a paid production. For further concern please ask me (Please provide me the serial number aswell as images if needed/asked.).
2. Postage
US Orders: Starting november 2025, due to tariffs suspending DHL business shipments, any packages will cost 27€ in shipping fees. Please check and atay up to date with your local tariff code and expect tariffs upon import.
Depending on how far I have to send, the price and waiting time will vary. I cannot control the post office, so I won't be responsible for any damages or extra waits unless it's caused by me. I will be sending out via DHL/Deutsche Post.
-- I am currently NOT able to ship to these countries: Ukraine, Russia, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, Cuba, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Martinique, Mayotte, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Reunion (Bourbon), Saint Pierre and Miquelon (Miquelon). Samoa, Sierre Leone, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.
3. Waiting time
I have an average of 3 business days to pack and ship all orders. Weekends and holidays will delay your shipment as stores are closed and not operating.
If your item is in PREORDER status, please check the description to see when your item is produced and will ship out.
Depending on how remote your country is, shipping will take longer. Please make sure you can wait long enough to receive your item if you order from my store, Thank you!
4. Payment
When ordering on bigcartel, bigcartel's payment system will automatically convert currencies. I technically only accept Paypal payment in the currency Euro. Paypal will also be able to convert your currency to Euro if you're paying in another currency. After a successful payment, please make sure to keep your emailed receipt and order number (ex. #QEDS-123456). In case you need assistance from me I will need your order number.
5. Copyright and reselling
I do not allow reselling or reusing my art work for other products. I am the only one to sell my own designs. Please respect my wishes. If you see someone else reposting my art or selling it, I'd appreciate it, if you report it to me. You are allowed to trade the goods in private though but not sell or gain profit in any way.
6. Tracking
International postage (out of Germany) will recieve a trackingnumber aswell as an up to $50 insurance from DHL. Most tracker sites seem to not work for DHL so please use this website to track your order.

7. Restocking
All items are limited stock and won't be restocked unless stated otherwise. Once they're sold out they're gone. Although new designs will be published, so keep and eye out ~✩
